Today we go to the beginning. Adam is the father of us all. We came from him and we are like him. Our sin is rooted in the first transgression. Since we share his fallen humanity, we cannot escape or undo what has been done. We need to be rescued. Jesus has fixed what Adam has broken. He is our “second Adam.” Listen to the gifts Jesus brings and holds before you today.
